Policies


An address is required for all deliveries, when placing your order you can indicate your type of shipping, in each option you will be provided with an estimated delivery date, an order number with the shipping address placed and a tracking number to see the delivery status.

Orders with regular shipping are processed from Monday to Friday until 2:00 PM, as long as it is not a holiday. Any order with this type of shipping placed after this time will be processed the next business day and if it is the end of the week it will be processed the following Monday.

An order with immediate shipping can be completed as long as the order is placed before 6:00 PM any day of the week, exceptions may be made for holidays. If you place an order with this type of shipping after the mentioned time, it will be delivered the next business day, starting the delivery time from when our store begins operations.

Order shipments are delivered by our assigned transportation company to ensure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipments to places that are difficult to access in provinces (Non-Cabeceras) may require validation by the delivery company to rectify the address and delivery time.

The delivery company will try to deliver the order 2 times, after which the order will be returned to our store in Multiplaza Pacific, after which you will be able to receive your order as follows:

  • In Panama City we invite you to apply our “Click & Collect” policy to pick up your order, which consists of going to the store to pick up the order. 
  • If you are in another province of the country, you will be contacted to coordinate a new delivery and the cost of this shipment must be financed by you (this cost includes return shipping to our store plus a new shipping fee). 
  • If your order had free shipping, the cost will be calculated based on that of regular shipping depending on your initial delivery address.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless you receive a different item or it is a different size than the one placed in the order.

ECCO in Panama does not currently offer international shipping.

The information in this shipping policy is modified periodically, changes may be made at any time without prior notice.

At ECCO in Panama we want to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. However, it is important to inform you that the shipping times mentioned in our policy may be subject to change due to external factors such as adverse weather conditions, delays in transport services and holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of unforeseen situations that may affect delivery times.

Additionally, we would like to remind our customers that home delivery costs are determined and managed exclusively by the shipping company in charge of delivery. These costs may vary depending on the location of the destination, size and weight of the package, as well as additional services requested. We recommend that you verify the specific details of the costs when making your purchase online, as they are subject to change depending on the shipping company's policies.

Our customer service team will be available to provide the most up-to-date information on order status and any adjustments to delivery times or shipping costs. We appreciate the trust placed in us and we are committed to minimizing any inconvenience that may arise to offer you a pleasant shopping experience at all times.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are automatically entered into our system when you complete them, delivery time varies depending on the delivery address and the type of shipping selected when completing the purchase.

  • Immediate shipping: the estimated time is 1 hour and only applies to Panama City.
  • Regular shipping in Panama City and Panama West: the estimated delivery time is 24 hours in Panama City and 24 - 96 hours in Panama West.
  • Regular shipping in the rest of the country's provinces (headers) and in places with difficult access in provinces (non-headers): the estimated delivery time is 24 - 96 hours depending on the location, take into account that for places such as islands and mountains additional delivery times may be required.

For all types of shipments, exceptions may apply due to weather, incorrect addresses and/or telephone numbers.

  • Immediate shipping: the range to apply for this type of delivery is 15km from our store in Multiplaza Pacific.
  • Regular shipping in Panama City:

Zone 2: Costa del Este, Chanis. 

Zone 3: Vista Hermosa, Río Abajo Casco Viejo 12 de Octubre, Santa Ana, La Loma.

  • Regular shipping in the rest of the country's provinces (Cabeceras):

Colón: Colón

  • Regular shipping in places that are difficult to access in the provinces (Non-Cabeceras): If we make shipments to these areas, validation by the delivery company may be required to rectify the address and delivery time, and for places such as islands and mountains additional delivery times may be required.

How much is the shipping?

All orders with a value greater than $100 plus ITBMS automatically qualify for free shipping to anywhere within Panama, the type of shipping that will be applied for these orders is regular shipping.

For orders with a value lower than the previously mentioned, the rates are as follows:

  • Immediate shipping: It costs $5.50 plus ITBMS regardless of the value of the order and only applies to Panama City, and the range to apply for this type of delivery is 15km from our store in Multiplaza Pacific.
  • Regular shipping in Panama City and Panama West: It costs $3.50 plus ITBMS for Panama City and $8.50 plus ITBMS for Panama West.
  • Regular shipping in the rest of the country's provinces (Cabeceras) and in places that are difficult to access in the provinces (non-Cabeceras): It costs $8.50 plus ITBMS, take into account that for places such as islands and mountains additional delivery times are required. 

Can my order apply for immediate shipping if it exceeds the value of $100 plus ITBMS?

No, this type of shipping has an additional cost, however it can be selected for any order regardless of its value as long as the delivery is in Panama City and within a 15km range from our store in Multiplaza Pacific.


Can I track the order?

You can track your order with the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

When we receive an order, it is processed immediately so it can be shipped quickly. Once you receive shipping confirmation, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.
